About me
Being Physics’ lover right from my childhood I was always excited by the miracles serviced by integrated circuits in hand-held radios, televisions and personal computers. These electronics gadget appeared like Aladdin's Jinni to me. While young, I used to stare at these circuit boards as my technician uncle repaired the Television Sets. Even Electricity was another mystery for me. Then my early school showed me the principles of electrical currents. Here I was surprised to know that current is just a convention when actual thing that cause the power to run was the electrons flow that is in opposite directions. From such experiences I decided to dive deep into the trenches of electronics rather than float at the shallows of its applications. Though blurred and unclear, I had an aim to be in action of the jet-speed technology. I dreamed to be in the list of names that gave birth to a principle or an important utility that revolutionizes world.
My passion includes Digital Hardware design and development. The electronics serve applications in gamut of its forms which ranges from microcontroller/microprocessor to creating your own integrated chip using ASIC design. My two year experience in Firmware design gives me a good hold over the microcontroller and logic design. I was involved in Vending Machine development group in Godrej's Electronics Technology Solution Provider department where I was developing ASM assembly code for a 8051 based microcontroller. I was also employed by one of the Indian biomedical firms where I was involved in developing applications using MSP430 based devices. Then, I diverted my attention towards specializing on core-design in Computer Engineering through a Masters Course at Drexel University. My favorite topics involve FPGA, Computer Architecture and EDA Tool Development. My M.S. co-op involves an introduction to ASIC world and developing testbenches for the design components.
