Intro Figure
Part A (one repeat)
1&2:	Hands around, lead in a double, fall back a double, drop hands, face your partner
3&4:	Set and turn single, left
Part B (one repeat
1&2:	Hands around, lead in a double, fall back a double, drop hands, face your partner
3&4:	Set and turn single, right
First progressive figure
1:	Couple 1 lead between couple 2 (from the inside of the circle to the outside) in a double
2:	Couple 1 cast off and go around the outside of couple 2 to meet again inside the circle in a double, clap at the end
3&4:	Arm left with your partner (take right arms and walk two doubles around to the left)
R:	Continue with each couple, the rest following, until everyone is back to place and the next figure can begin
Second progressive figure
1&2:	Couple 1 lead between couple 2 and cast to meet within again, all four clap at the end
3&4:	Couples 1 and 2 take (right) hands across and circle (left) in two doubles
R:	Continue with each couple, the rest following, until everyone is back to place and the next figure can begin
Third progressive figure
1&2:	Couple 1 lead between couple 2 and cast to meet within again, all four clap at the end
3&4:	Couples 1 and 2 take hands around and circle (left) in two doubles
R:	Continue with each couple, the rest following, until everyone is back to place when the dance is finished
