The regular progressive formula of (n-1)x3 serves for each of the choruses, with an extra repeat for each verse.
3 couples = 21 repeats, 4 = 30, 5 = 39

Part 1
Verse 1
1&2: Lead up a double, fall back a double
3&4: That again
5&6: Set and turn single, left
7&8: Set and turn single, right
First progressive figure
1: Man 1 and man 2 take hands and fall back a double as woman 1 and woman 2 doe the same
2: These pairs meet a double, drop hands
3: These four do a double forward to switch places by right shoulders
4: Fall back a double to switch places by left shoulders
5: Take hands around and go halfway around to the right so that everyone is improper, and the couples have switched places
6: Couple 1 drops couple 2's hands, and each couple switches places, still holding hands, in one double so that everyone is on the proper side of the set
7&8: Set and turn single, left
R: Continue switching down the line, the other couples following, sitting out at the bottom or top and coming back in as the opposite.  When everyone is back in place, the second verse can begin
Part 2
Verse 2
1&2: Side left with your partner (double forward to line up right shoulders, back a double)
3&4: Side right with your partner (double forward to line up left shoulders, back a double)
5&6: Set and turn single, left
7&8: Set and turn single, right

1: Couple 1 meet a double and take both hands
2: Couple 1 slip down between couple 2 in a double
3: Couple 1 switch with each other in a double, couple 2 doing the same
4&5: Man 1 cast off and lead man 2 all the way around to where they started, woman 1 the same
6: Couple 1 switch with each other in a double, couple 2 doing the same
7&8: Set and turn single, left
R: Continue switching down the line, the other couples following, sitting out at the bottom or top and coming back in as the opposite.  When everyone is back in place, the third verse can begin

Verse 3
1&2: Arm left with your partner (take right arms and walk two doubles around to the left)
3&4: Arm right with your partner (take left arms and walk two doubles around to the right)
5&6: Set and turn single, left
7&8: Set and turn single, right

1: Couple 1 change places with each other in one double
2: Couple 2 change places with each other in one double
3: Man 1 and man 2 change places with each other in one double
4: Woman 1 and woman 2 change places with each other in one double
5: These 4 take right hands across and go halfway around (returning everyone to place) in a double
6: Couple 1 falls into the second place on the outside of couple 2 in a double
7&8: Set and turn single, left
R: Continue switching down the line, the other couples following, sitting out at the bottom or top and coming back in as the opposite.  When everyone is back in place, the dance is finished
