Though in a circle, the progression works as if it was a line, so it will take (n-1)x3 to finish each progressive figure. There are three progressive figures, plus one repeat for intro - ((n-1)x3)x3)+1

Part 1 - intro figure
Verse 1, Part A
1&2: All take hands and do eight slips to the left.
Verse 1, Part B
1&2: All do eight slips to the right. Drop hands and face your partner.
Chorus 1, Part A
1&2: Set and turn single (left).
Chorus 1, Part B
1&2: Set and turn single (right).
Part 2 - the first progressive figure
Verse, Part A
1: Couple 1 and couple 2 double toward each other (the active couple - 1 - moving to approach the other couple as required - they should be closer to the inactive couple in the set of two than their own places)
2: Couples double back (but stay close to each other)
Verse, Part B
1&2: That again.
Chorus, Part A
1&2: Turn the person that's not your partner all the way around in two doubles
Chorus, Part B
1&2: Turn your partner all the way around in two doubles
R: Couple 1 will continue on to couple 3, and when couple 1 goes to couple 4, couple 2 will become active and change with couple 3, etc. This continues until everyone is back to place.
Part 3 - the second progressive figure
Verse, Part A
1: Couple 1 and couple 2 double toward each other as in the first figure
2: Couples double back (but stay close to each other)
Verse, Part B
1&2: That again.
Chorus, Part A
1: Start a single hey by changing places with your opposite by the right shoulder
2: Change with your partner by the left shoulder
Chorus, Part B
1: Continue the hey by changing with your opposite by right shoulders.
2: Change back to place with your partner by left shoulders.
R: Progress as before around the circle until you get back to place.
Part 4 - the third progressive figure
Verse, Part A
1: Couple 1 and couple 2 double toward each other as in the first figure
2: Man 1 takes man 2 with him as they back a double
Verse, Part B
1: The line of three and the one left double toward each other
2: And they double back from each other.
Chorus, Part A
1: Man 1 brings woman 1 under his left arm and back to place (either holding on to man 2 as he turns or letting him go after the woman has gone under)
2: In a line of three, gate - man 1 turns halfway around to the left with his partners moving forward or backward to follow him.
Chorus, Part B
1: Man 1 brings man 2 under his right arm and back to place (ditto above for holding to woman 1)
2: Gate again, this time to the right, and at the end put man 2 back with his partner.
R: Progress as before.
