1: Couples 1 and 2, couples 3 and 4, face;  facing couples change by right shoulder
2: Face your partner, change places by left shoulders (to place)

1: Couples 1 and 2 switch with couple 1 going between; couples 3 and 4 the same, 3 between

Not sure about the last chorus - you end up moved around, though that could mean that the dance repeats once.
