Note: this section is NOT in Playford's instructions, but nearly every source of the music plays this part of the music twice, and we are pretty used to doing sets and turns in pairs, so this was grafted on pretty early it seems.

1: Lead your partner out of the set a double (face opposite to how you started the dance, take inside hands with your partner, and go forward a double).
2: Turn around and lead back in a double.
3: Turn single.

1: Lead your opposite (the person across from you as you face the other couple) out of the set a double.
2: Turn around and lead back in a double.
