4:	Change places with your partner.

1:	Man 1 set left to his partner (step left and close, step right and close)
2:	Man 2 set left to his partner (step left and close, step right and close)
3&4:	Man 3 turn your partner all the way around.

1:	Man 3 set right to his partner (step right and close, step left and close).
