Low Carb Dieting

Picture the United States Department of Agriculture (USDA) Food Pyramid. Now picture it upside down. That is what you are looking at above! The whole world is getting fatter. One way to ensure that you are not a part of the world statistics is to try a low carb diet. The gist of a low carb diet is eat less 'white' foods, for example, bread, pasta, rice. While you lower your carbohydrate intake, it is also advised that you lower your sugar intake and increase your protein consumption. Within a week of this diet, you will start to notice the enormous increase in energy, and the shrinking of your stomach, which will eventually lead to a loss in a dress or pant size. This is sooooooooooooooo exciting! Just give this a try and see how it goes.
