Moved In

After three days of seemingly endless unpacking, Tasha and I have completed our apartment-moving-in-to fiasco. It is quite nice here and much quieter than the dorms. Maybe I'll post pictures but the apartments is pretty plain still. That's it for now.

Crap Weather

Yesterday and today are two of the crappiest days of the entire summer. It's only about 75 degrees and if feels more uncomfortable than 105. However, there is one good thing, I move into my apartment in less than a week. It's great but I have to move my entire life in just a few hours. Shizaammmmmm

PADCO II

Today wasn't as bad as yesterday. Well, for me it wasn't. This is because I was nowhere near Joe (Prez of PADCO). Other than Joe, the day was pretty good. We got free food, Lou (VP) is hilarious and we all tried to have fun.

PADCO

Ok, for ISO we do volunteering with an organization called PADCO. It's a great organization helping a small part of philly stay clean and safe. However, the guy who runs it is a complete nut. It's supposed to be volunteering, not slavery. Oh well, we have fun some of the time, especially making fun of every event that occurs while we are cleaning.

"Old" News

  • September 3rd, 2007 - My picture pages are now slightly more compatible with firefox. The pages are still designed for IE but are now viewable in firefox.
  • September 2nd, 2007 - Once again it has been quite a while since I last updated but this time there is a neat feature. In my contact section I added a map of where my apartment in Philly is located. Check it out.
  • July 13th, 2007 - Yesterday I checked to see if I could rank jobs or if I got accepted to any. It turns out I was accepted to two jobs. One of them was the one I wanted and the other one was one I didn't even interview with. I feel very lucky.
  • July 10th, 2007 - It has been a while since the last post but I believe there is nothing to speak about.
  • June 11th, 2007 - This weekend I volunteered at the Commerce Bank Pro Cycling Tour here in Philly. It was pretty fun. I expected it to be boring being a marshal but it turned out that that I had to direct foot traffic. The people in charge there gave all the marshals whistles and cool shirts. It seems lame but wearing those shirts entitled us to go just about wherever we wanted... Anywhere. If you ever want to do some volunteering or even if you like bike races, race marshal is my recommendation.
  • June 6th, 2007 - Today ISO brought their Dragon out into the wilderness to be judged. It came in 3rd place. I feel that it deserved first but I can't be too picky. Also, I received two CEO awards on Monday. I was only expecting one but I got two. They are on my resume.
  • June 2nd, 2007 - I went to the shore this weekend. That is really about it. I actually saw people I knew there but most of them came in the car with me. Note to everyone, when its 94 degrees 15 miles from the beach at this time of year, bring a sweater. It was 79 when we got there and 66 when we left.
  • May 20th, 2007 - Welllllll, this weekend I went to Washington DC. It was pretty cool being able to go inside all the old buildings. There was a downside to the whole thing though. The price of food there is worse than at a theme park. If you bring food you will most likely have fun exploring. There is something there for just about everyone.
  • May 18th, 2007 - My group is finally done our presentation for ENGR-103. I feel it went extrememly well. We really didn't mess up and the audience was very polite. Dr. Allen and Dr. Lau were very nice in the way they asked questions. The entire thing went over very well. The presentation will be on the site as soon as I get a new updated version.
  • May 16th, 2007 - Drexel University's Italian Students Organization was named Star Organization of the Month of April for this year. It just so happens that I am the Vice President of that organization. Really though, Mark N. Wright and Natasha Damiano do the brunt of the work. I kinda just do as they say, which happens once in a while.
  • May 15th, 2007 - The picture site is up and running now as well. There aren't that many up but it is enough to give you a small idea of who I am. I will list names of people in the pictures soon.
  • May 14th, 2007 - My first site is finally up! I spent a whole two days working on it, I hope you enjoy it. It's not much, but it's something.
