These are events I have participated in and upcoming events that might be of interest to students, colleagues, readers, and writers.
May 9 and May 10, 2006: WoW (Week of Writing) 2006 was a great success. Faculty and students read fiction, poetry, and nonfiction and there were panel discussions on publishing and editing, craft of poetry, and craft of fiction. Click here and here to see photos from the two-day event.

May, 2000. Scott Stein was a panelist on Drexel University’s Forum on the Future of Newspapers in Philadelphia. Other panelists were: the Philadelphia Inquirer Editorial Page Editor Chris Satulo; columnist Clark DeLeon; City Paper News Editor Howard Altman; and TPI Metro Editor Mary-Ellen Bornak.
