Introduction
Hi! My name is Susan and I am 25 years old. (That's me with the brown hair.) When I was 15, I had spinal fusion surgery at the DuPont Institute in Wilmington, Delaware.
I have designed this site to tell future fusion patients and their families about my experience. I realize that all surgeries and people are different, but it is my hope that by knowing what to expect, you will feel a little more confident before you or someone you know goes through surgery.
