Strength _ the hands on experience

Hands on is great, need more of this. More examples and detail, I can_t read my undergrad controls book since it is half in Greek, half in Japaneese, and half in Canadian. Sometimes this makes it hard to fill in the blanks.

Because this course cover the control, computer ISA and c_code etc. It is not easy to find a textbook. But I think the note is good enough and easy to understand.

STREGTHS Totally hands on. A lot of information_knowledge covered. WEAKNESSES Too hard for Thermal Science stream students. Even though we spend days _not hours_ and finish the weekly assignments, we are not able to perform well on the exams because solving exam questions takes a level of familiarity that we TFS guys do not have. The questions need basic assumptions which _at least I_ fumble upon.

Very hands on. Good practical skills. Reinforced with theory. Wished there was more discrete design, or that that there was more discussion of discrete design techniques relative to the current paradigm _i.e. how does discrete design apply in the GHz processor age__. Also, wish we implemented filtering. Perhaps thats not in the scope.

Great Prof, full the lectures with more detail, if the slides make it faster, do more examples to fill time or just present the whole story.

Dr. Oh make a good website_note for this course and prepare very well. It is very interested to take the real time computer control.

STRENGTHS Real world experience. Unlike other instructors, can relate everything done in class to applications outside it. Experinece of teaching this course several times before. WEAKNESSES Online Notes very hard to understand for non_controls students

Good lectures. Well versed in the material. Fair in grading. Often times i was confused as to what was due when _for labs_.

More lab experiments and less concentration on theory

Just a little bit more theory_course material on the computer to ADC communication side.

More involved lab. If felt that this was seriously lacking compared to 639. Update PDF_s to the proper procedure, students spend a lot following the guidence on these so if they aren_t correct it is a big waste of students time.

Can we get the solution of homework_

Selecting a course textbook could be helpful to weak students. They will know the material they will be tested on. Ummm......I guess he could be a li_l easy grading the Thermal Fluids guys_ papers ___ My last course in Drexel.........please give me an A
