Hi! everyone! This is me:)! -  Nija Prasad, or Nichu - for friends and family. I am the first child of Mr.K.S Prasad & Mrs. Susheela Prasad and also the first grand child for my grand parents.  Its really great to be the oldest, getting to enjoy everything and all privileges first!:))  I have one younger sister, Nithya.  She is doing her Masters in International Business at London Oxford Universtity.

     I am working as an IT Auditor. My major is Business and Management Information Systems. I graduated from Drexel University, Philadelphia, PA-USA. Currently, I work as an Auditor in one of the big four auditing firms in the US. Its my dream job, I get to travel a lot! My next goal is to attain Masters In Information Technology as well.

Personal Life: Yes!! I am happily married.....Manish & I got married on September 13, 2003 in Philadelphia. It was a beautiful wedding....My parents and family threw us a grant reception on January 10, 2004 at Kollam/ Kerala-India. Manish graduated from Drexel University - PA as well. His major was Electrical Engineering and is currently working as an Automation Engineer.

    I was born on 27th March, in Maharashtra - [Bombay]. (The Gateway of India). I am a South Indian, from Kerala! Frankly, I didn't know much of Kerala as I was raised in the Middle-East/Gulf, Country : Qatar. I came to Qatar when I was only a year old with my parents. I can never forget the wonderful times I had there with friends, my family & near-dear ones, I grew up with.

    After my high school, my parents decided to send me to Kerala for college. This was the most saddest day when I had to leave everything and everyone => My room, teddies, dolls, my cute cats, all my friends(Miss you all soooo much!!) and especially my parents that I most depended. But hey, guess what! when I look back, Kerala was not bad at all!! - Its exquisite!! I cannot describe the beauty of this place, no wonder it is called 'God's own land'. According to me, if you want to see heaven on Earth then it is Kerala. I had some good times there....I did a Bachelor's In Science. I met some great friends during this time, who were very sincere to me. I had language problems which they helped me through, and I got adjusted to the traditional styles of Kerala.

But as my graduation approached, I decided that I wanted to do something different....I had developed this keen interest in Computers and I also wanted to do Management....After three years of college, my high school friend(Aparajita/Appu), totally brain-washed me about Philly and Drexel:)). I read about Drexel's Business school....So, I agreed to apply - And here I am:))!! Although, I started off with Marketing, I eventually switched to MIS and loved it ever since....Life has been adventurous, and I am curious every step of the way! :)
