At Drexel University, I was involved in several different recruitment and outreach activities both locally and overseas.  These activities include: National Science Foundation sponsored programs, the Research Experience for Teachers (RET) and Research Experience for Undergraduates (REU), and the Drexel summer mentorship program for high school students.  Additionally, I have attended college fairs at both Williamstown High School (New Jersey) and in Istanbul, Turkey, and I have spoken to several math classes at Lindenwold Middle School (New Jersey) about the different types of career paths that engineers can pursue.
