Work Abroad:
In the summer of 2007, I spent 2 months
doing research abroad at the National Nanotechnology Laboratories in Lecce,
Italy. My work there was focused on printing patterned proteins for
biosensing applications. Then, in July, I attended a NATO conference
on Micro Fuel Cells in Cesme, Turkey. Afterwards, I traveled
throughout parts of Europe, meeting up with family and friends along the
way.
