Chinese cuisine has a lot in common with our fair city. Like Philadelphia, Chinese cooking is steeped in history, with a rich mixture of influences from surrounding people and areas. Tastes vary greatly by region, but everyone can come together to appreciate some truly local specialties, though often adapted by local cultural groups (vegan cheesesteaks, anyone?).
