Vegatarian Diets can be very healthy. However, some people interpret this as eating chips and cheese sandwiches.
This is what makes it unhealthy. If someone wants to stop eating poultry, beef, and fish, it's extremely important
that they make sure they include other foods that offer the body protein, vitamins, and minerals. Two of the more
important vitamins and minerals that people need to replace when not eating beef, poultry, and fish are iron and zinc.
