This assigment aimed to give us experience trying to sell a product through writing alone.
Ancient Civilizations for Children Video Series
In this educational video series for grades 3-7, children learn the history and culture of 11 different ancient civilizations from around the globe. From Rome and China to the Inca and African civilizations, viewers are transported back in time through a combination of live-action re-creations, re-enactments, location footage and 3-D models. Topics of discussion include the most vital aspects of each civilization, including government, trade, religion, culture, architecture, art and writing. Viewers also see the civilization through the eyes of the archaeologists who uncovered their mysteries through in-depth looks at archaeological sites and artifacts.
This updated set features two complete new volumes; “Ancient Aztec Empire” and “Ancient Aztec: Fall of the Empire” which takes children on a journey through the rise and fall of one of the world's most fascinating civilizations. Available on both VHS on DVD, the entire series is closed-captioned for hearing-impaired viewers. In addition, DVDs are available with both English and Spanish language tracks.
