Interview Questions
I used the following questions for my interviews. The people I interviewed did not see the questions; these questions were a guide for me and the notes you see provided me with direction on how to conduct the interview given certain answers.

2. Have you visited Disney World before?
-If Yes –
When were you here before? (general age at last trip)
Who did you come with?
How many times (how often) have you been to Disney World?
-If No - move on to next question
3. Why did you decide to visit Disney World?
- When choosing a vacation destination, what was the main factor that motivated your decision to come to Disney World?
4. Who made the decision in your traveling group?
- Were there any differing opinions in your group (or family if they came with family)?
5. What rides and attractions are your favorites so far?
- What ride or attraction was the most fun for you?
- Why did you enjoy that the most?
- If traveling with family/children –
- What rides or attractions have your children enjoyed the most?
- Where did they have fun?
- If they have girl(s) and boy(s) –
ask about each child to see if there is any difference
- Ask the children themselves if they are right there with parent-
What was the most fun at Disney World? Why did you like it?
6. What attractions or rides didn’t you like?
- Were you disappointed by any rides or attractions?
- Why were you disappointed?
- Why didn’t you like (the name of attractions)?
7. What parks have you visited so far?
(to see if their answers to #5 or #6 are biased toward a specific park or attractions
because they haven’t seen some others yet)
8. What were you most looking forward to when you planned the trip?
-What is still left to do that you are looking forward to?
9. Did anything surprise you about Disney World? (only ask first timers)
10. What is your general opinion of Disney World? Will you come again? Why or why not?
