Baby Bingo Game

Baby Bingo

Another great baby shower game is Baby Bingo. The gift opening can become a bit tedious and this game can spice things up and keep the guest interested in what is being opened. Hand out bingo sheets and pencils to all the guests and ask them to write down a gift that they think the guest of honor will recieve in each blank box. To keep the game from ending too soon, explain to the guests that gifts packaged by the manufacturer can only count as one gift (i.e. if the guest of honor receives a gift containing suffed animals, pacifiers, bibs etc. that was packaged by the manufacturer, then the guest can only check off stuffed animal OR pacifiers OR bibs, but not all). If the guests seem to like this game then let them keep playing until several people get bingo.

Waist Circumference

Another game involves guessing the waist size of the mommy of honor. Hand out long strands of string to all the guests and make scissors available. Tell the guests to cut the string to the exact length they believe the circumference of the mommy of honor's waist to be. Everyone gets a chance to wrap the string around her waist and whoever is the closest without being short string or having too much string wins.
NOTE: Some mommies of honor may NOT appreciate this game! Use your best judgement.

Prizes

You may want to provide prizes for the winners of your games to encourage active participation. Small candles and chocolate candy always work well. You can find a plethora of prizes at your local dollar store!
