Most of Mr. Booker's professional publications are limited to proprietary reports
for Hughes Aircraft Company (1986 to 1994), Computer Sciences Corporation (CSC)
(1999 to 2004), and various other employers. Typical work includes:
- Design of a Stagnation Heater for the Rarefied Gas Wind Tunnel, Master's
Thesis for the University of California at Berkeley, December 1990.
- Baggage Inspection System Airport Operational Demonstration Test and
Evaluation Master Plan, Thomas Guarini, James Connelly, DOT/FAA/CT-95/31,
June 1995.
Mr Booker has contributed to many proposals related to system development,
including the following.
- Fiber-Optic Guided Missile (FOG-M), submitted by Hughes Missile Systems
Co. to the US Army, 1988. Made substantial technical contributions to proposal.
- Sector Operations Support (SOS 3), Proposal submitted by DCS, Inc.,
dated April 1995. Was in charge of, and wrote much of, the Management Volume.
- Test Enterprise Support, response to ACT-200 RFP DTFA03-97-R-00013,
submitted by E & I Systems, DSCI, and SAIC, dated April 23, 1997. Co-wrote
most of the proposal.
- Aviation Security Technical Support Services, response to Screening
Information Request for DTFA03-97-R-00003, submitted by ATMS, AES, DE Technologies,
and DSCI, dated January 23, 1997. Made substantial technical contributions
to proposal.
- Summary of Capabilities for Dynamic Security Concepts, Inc., submitted
by Caribbean Integrated Systems Ltd., to support development of security systems
for new airport terminal facilities at Piarco and Crown Point (Trinidad and
Tobago), dated January 24, 1997. Wrote most of the proposal.
- Evaluation of Housing Database, response to Invitation for Bid 165-97-5204
for Virginia Dept. of Housing and Community Development, submitted by E &
I Systems Inc., dated April 4, 1997. Wrote proposal.
Less formal publications include entries for CSC Papers competitions, and other
guides developed to support Drexel courses.
In addition, Mr. Booker has contributed detailed review of several international,
industry and government standards.
