Academia

Dr. Booker started the PhD program in Biomedical Engineering at Drexel in the Fall term 2005, and completed it in Fall 2011.

• His dissertation research focused on modeling the effects of aging on the human body, and how to integrate various existing models.

Other Interests

As a teaching faculty member, Dr. Booker does not have established research activities, however some topics of interest include:

• Dr. Booker is involved in community emergency response support, such as the CERT program and the Medical Reserve Corps, and is interested in research related to emergency operations systems. He was certified as a basic EMT (Emergency Medical Technician) in December 2011.
