Dr. Papish regularly speaks about research at local seminars, and encourages
students of all sorts to go into science.
Feel free to invite her for a seminar if you are near Drexel.

We are looking for a post doc for a two year

March 2013:
- Several
group presentations planned for ACS mtg in NOLA.
January 2013:
- Liz will
attend Metals in Biology GRC
- Liz will
be teaching Organometallic Chemistry, 771/480
November 2012:
- We
welcome Anh Duong (undergraduate student) to the group!
October 2012:
- We
welcome Salome Bhagan (PhD from Temple U with Wayland) to the group as a
postdoc.
- Joe
publishes paper in Polyhedron, in Michelle Millar memorial issue.
- Liz,
Natalie and Mukesh's Structure and Bonding paper is accepted
September 2012:
- Classes
started, Liz is teaching Bioinorganic Chem, 772/480
August 2012:
- Many
talks and posters given by group at ACS - yay!
July 2012:
- Liz went
to Organometallic GRC
June 2012:
- We are
looking forward to having Lee Serpas and Jodi Kraus with the group this
summer on an REU supplement, and Michelle Livings will be joining us on
the RET program (research experiences for teachers). Thank you
NSF!
- Congrats
to Lauren Reuther and Hai Trieu Truong for graduating!
- Natalie,

- Liz
Papish gets tenure and a teaching award from the College of Arts
and Sciences
- Lauren
Reuther receives a research prize and Hai Trieu Truong receives an award
for academic achievement at honors day.
March 2012:
- Seven
group members went to ACS meeting in San Diego and gave talks (Sam,
Jodi, Liz) and posters (Joe, Natalie, Lauren - scimix, Lee)
Feb 2012:
- Congrats
to Joe DePasquale: 1st place at ACS posters at Temple, and honorable
mention to Natalie Dixon
December 2011:
- We
welcome new grad students, Corey Herbst-Gervasoni., Nick White, Sophie
Siek.
