INTRODUCTION TO ADVICE

Here are a few things to keep in mind as you embark on your college career. What ever you did in high school means NOTHING. We were ALL good in high school, that's why we are in college. Get over it. You will occasionally fail, that's life and not the end of the world. Just keep in mind you have peers (everyone at the NAACP) who can help you get through this big change and sometimes-difficult road. Don't give up or give in. You can make it! Please read this guide and take heed to our words… believe us, we’ve been there before.
