Criteria you have to meet to be eligible

FMLA
- The Federal Family and Medical Leave Act of 1993. This act provides the
parent with a 12 week leave from work for the birth and care of the newborn.
It is to be taken during a 12 month period following the birth and guarantees
that person his/her job when they return to work. It typically applies
to those employed at their workplace for 12 or more months if their company
employs more than 50 people.
