Please read the EVSP Reference Guide and application instructions carefully. After gathering all application requirements, please submit a complete application for consideration. Applications accompanied by the administrative fee should be sent:

Mailing your application to the incorrect address WILL CAUSE SIGNIFICANT DELAY in the processing of your application.

The Exchange Visitor Sponsorship Program Reference Guide explains the obligations of J-1 visa sponsorship. If you are applying for sponsorship, you must obtain the current version of the Reference Guide and become familiar with its contents. EVSP continues to accept prior versions of application materials for consideration. EVSP may request additional application materials as needed.
