When Did CBT Begin?


The last paper and pencil administrations of Step 1 and Step 2 took place, on October 20-21, 1998 and March 2-3, 1999, respectively.

Computer-based administrations of Step 1 began in May 1999. Computer-based administrations of Step 2 began in August 1999.
