The Cell Imaging Center houses an Olympus IX81 Inverted Microscope, capable of advanced immunofluorescence and high resolution time lapse imaging with deconvolution abilities.
The Slidebook 5.0 Advanced Imaging software is used to control the automatic acquisition and analysis of captured images. This software includes advanced features such as multipoint 2D, 3D, 4D and time lapse data analysis, no-neighbors deconvolution, and tools for advanced statistical analysis.
