Objective: Create a cube, using 3 materials, no larger than 6” in any dimension requiring no glue or adhesive connections.
Response: Materials used- bass wood, bass wood sheets, plexi-glass sheets. I wanted to create a cube that was fragmented, discontinued, and yet still intact.
Objective: Choose a previously completed design project and, with a partner and their project, create a Folly within the studio corridor which incorporates both previous designs. Create this "home" for the projects using no glue or adhesive connections.
Response: To create our "home" for the previous projects, my partner and I were able to develop a language between the common materials, and also between the fragmentation of my project and the radial outreaching of his.
