Bio An All-American at West Chester University, Pa. Mike was drafted by the Texas Rangers in 1975 and promoted
to their 40-man roster in 1979. Later he was traded to the Cleveland Indians in a five player deal. He also served
as a minor league coach, manager and roving instructor for the Seattle, Cleveland and Texas organizations. His last year in professional baseball
was 1988 where he served as the camp coordinator for Spring Training and the Florida Instructional League. Over the years he has shared his baseball knowledge with
thousands of players and coaches throughout the country through his RBI Baseball Academy and as Coordinator
of Operations for the Phillies Summer Youth Baseball Camps. Though he still resides in the Philadelphia area, he has managed to do coaching seminars as far west as Arizona and south as Tennessee and North Carolina.
