I am currently a sophomore in Digital Media.
I chose this major because I've always been fascinated by cartoons and animations ever since I was a child, and wished that one day I can create some myself. I also like games, especially the ones with pretty graphics.
I like to come up with designs for a personal website for myself and always hoped that I can actually make it some time.
I basically like everything Digital Media offers as a degree.
Being a girl in Digital Media alone is enough to make me unique, given that there's only a handful of us.
I am a very girly girl, but at the same time I have knowledge in things like computers, cars and sports.
I've lived in three countries and three different states withint the US.
I think my experiences and my interest in a broad spectrum of subjects gives me an edge in a feild that reqires lots of creativity.
I enjoy spending time with my sorority sisters in my spare time and going out and have fun.
I also like to doodle with my tablet and CG with softwares like Photoshop and OpenCanvas.
I played the piano for about ten years and I like to sing.
I've done simple HTML coding before this class.
I've made a couple of personal sites using free hosts like freewebs, but I had a lot of help with those from outside sources.
I dislike using pre made templates because I like to put a personal touch on everything I design.
I don't have many experiences in the coding aspect of web design, but I can understand things fast and learn quickly.
