WORKING LANGUAGES OF THE FORUM

The working languages will be English and Russian. Simultaneous
translation will be provided for plenary papers.

REQUIREMENTS TO THE PAPERS

The program of the Forum will primarily include conceptual papers
containing new ideas and approaches, analytical reviews, reports and
communications containing the results not published earlier. The papers
dealing with the problems of mass transfer, hydro- and gas dynamics
not associated directly with heat transfer, just as contributions
on purely thermophysical properties of substances will not be accepted.

SUBMISSION AND SELECTION OF PAPERS

Paper selection will be based upon  review of extended abstracts of
approximately 1-2 pages in 3 copies (1,5-spaced) which should state
clearly the aims, results, and conclusions of the work with supporting
