An Evening with Sonia Sanchez

As part of Drexel University's Major Authors: Sonia Sanchez class, the nation's first course devoted entirely to her work, Sonia Sanchez spoke at 6:30 p.m. on February 15, 2005 in Drexel University's Living Arts Lounge (MacAlister Hall, 33rd and Chestnut Streets, Philadelphia, PA).

In addition to answering the questions of students and other audience members, Dr. Sanchez read work from and signed copies of her recent CD, Full Moon of Sonia.

ITCOP's recent work includes Say It Loud!, the February 8, 2005 poetry recital and discussion that the group delivered as part of Drexel's Major Authors: Sonia Sanchez course.
